About me

I’m a photographer born in the UK and based in the southeast of England, with a passion for visual storytelling. My journey began in 2012 during a documentary trip to Türkiye’s Black Sea region—a pivotal experience that ignited my love for photography. Since then, my work has been published in two notable publications and exhibited at the Falconry Museum and Valkenswaard City Hall in the Netherlands as part of a wider exhibition.

My interests include the natural environment and urban life, but I’m especially drawn to documenting protests in London and elsewhere. My work reflects my core values, which include social justice, environmental awareness, and the power of collective action. They say an image can speak a thousand words—it often speaks where words fall short, capturing raw emotion, and telling human stories.

Upon reflection, not only has politics shaped how I see the world, but it has also shaped my photography, turning it into an act of solidarity and providing a platform to challenge the dominant narratives being put out. I draw inspiration from the poetic vision of Fan Ho, the grit and truth of Don McCullin and James Nachtwey, and the humanity at the heart of Sebastião Salgado’s work. Their influence continues to shape how I see the world through the lens.
